How long does the Mega Escape Challenge take to set up and take down?
Setting up will take 2 workers approximately 15 minutes. To properly take down, 2 workers will take about 20 minutes. Comprehensive videos and training material provided.
How much maintenance does this take and how many years can I use it for?
We use heavy duty, double stitched, fire retardant, high denier vinyl. Offering a very long life of service with periodic cleaning and replacement of lost or broken clues.
Is it hard to store?
Packs into a 3’x5’ bag. Accessory bag and blower, all stack in a 3’x4’ footprint. Fits in a van, large SUV and any size truck.
How much would I rent it for?
A school or church rental price should be at least $500 to $600 for a 2 hour minimum. Each additional hour approximately $150 to $200 depending on venue and location. Direct corporate and or event planner full-service price is between $900 to $1400 (4-5 hours).
How much would I charge for pay per play?
A pay per play should cost between $10 and $15 per player (based on venue and environment), bringing the hourly value at full occupancy to a minimum $400 to $600 per hour.
