A full Winter Olympics experience built to run fast, hit hard, and feel real inside a two-hour campus window

This new MEGA Field Games system was put to work on a Saturday night in January at Pepperdine University in Malibu, supporting student evening programming from 8:00–10:00 pm. The reason it was the right choice was simple: it can turn a tight schedule into a full Winter Olympic Games experience without cutting corners. In just two hours, the system delivered the look, flow, and intensity of real Olympic competition—multiple stations running at once, medal rounds building toward finals, and a clear start-to-finish arc that never felt rushed.

MEGA Field Games was built as a true all-in-one team building system. With more than 50 games built in and up to 20 interchangeable cavities, it offers the flexibility needed for large college crowds where rotation, variety, and pacing matter. Stations can be swapped, adjusted, and scaled to fit the group, making it easy to run a full Olympic layout with hundreds of students moving through competition with no downtime.

​The MEGA Field Games system adapts to a wide range of event styles and crowd sizes. For this Winter Olympic Night, we deployed the full system build, running a complete Olympic layout at once. For smaller crowds or tighter venues, fewer cavities and stations can be used without losing the integrity of the experience.
