We rolled it in, blew it up, fired it up, and watched it own the field. No waiting. No downtime. Just nonstop engagement, laughs, friendly smack talk, and high-energy hosting that kept the entire park buzzing.

This wasn’t theory. It wasn’t a test run. It was a full-scale corporate event for HNTB that paid us $2950 for just one afternoon of entertainment—and we’re still catching our breath from how well it ran.

At this year’s Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Summer Family Event, held at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks, we deployed the MEGA Field Games as the centerpiece of the company’s interactive entertainment.

The event ran from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with over 250 guests in attendance — families, staff, executives, and their children. The MEGA Field Games package ran nonstop for six and a half hours without breaking down, losing interest, or needing extra staff. The client paid $2,950 for the day—and that’s standard pricing for this package.

We used just two crew members to manage the entire experience, including sound, crowd flow, and prize handling. That’s what makes it so scalable. The setup held strong, the games rotated smoothly, and there was constant action on the field. People kept coming back. Executives jumped in. Kids challenged each other. Parents filmed it all on their phones. This wasn’t background entertainment — this was the activity zone that carried the event’s energy.
